Who we are
Studio Pipeline ("we," "us," "our") provides marketing and client acquisition services to interior design firms in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), email, text messages and calls, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, firm name, website or social profile, service area, project minimum, capacity, and anything else you share through our forms, by email, by text message or on calls.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring links, through cookies and similar tools (including the Meta pixel) when you use our website.
How we use information

SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, Studio Pipeline will send you messages about your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to your inquiry, and service-related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information collected (such as IP address and browser type) exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep a record of each SMS opt-in: the mobile number, the date and time of consent, the consent wording shown, and where it was given (our website form or our Facebook lead form).
Mobile opt-in data is stored securely and used only to send the message types described above. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our CRM and scheduling platform, SMS and email delivery providers, and hosting), under obligations to protect it and use it only on our behalf, and when required by law. These providers do not receive mobile opt-in data for their own marketing.
Opting out
Text STOP to any of our messages to stop text messages. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing emails, or contact us at the address below. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
